• University Degree or equivalent, in electrical / mechanical engineering
• Professional experience with electrical harness engineering background
• NX and/or CATIA ability (incl. 3D electrical system development)
• DFMEA/PFMEA
• Ability to read and use engineering specifications, technical drawings and circuit diagrams
• High-voltage architecture and connection systems
• Electric and hybrid vehicle technologies / electrification
• Materials and production of plastic and metal components
• Harness manufacturing experience and cost understanding
• Strong presentation skills, highly self-motivated and able to take responsibility
• Excellent communicator at all levels and a strong team player
• Excellent organizational skills and good problem-solving skills
• Methodical problem root cause analysis
• Flexible
• Fluent in both German and English
