We are currently looking for our client in Kusterdingen for an
Engineer (m/f/d) for Measurement and Test Technology in the area of eBike Drive Unit

• Planning, organization, and execution of complex validation and characterization programs in the development of eBike drive units (e.g. mechanics, sensors, NVH, motor)

• Coordination and alignment of topics with advanced development, system architects, and product development

• Specification and development of new tests and comprehensive testing procedures based on product requirements

• Setup, commissioning, further development, and maintenance of test benches and measurement technology

• Automation of test benches, test sequences, evaluations, and reports

• Analysis of test results and definition of improvement potentials

• Completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field of study

• Relevant experience in the setup and operation of test benches and measurement systems

• Several years of professional experience in the characterization and testing of mechatronic systems

• Experience in software programming and application development (LabVIEW, Python)

• Know-how in automating test procedures and evaluating large data sets

• Solid knowledge in sensor technology, measurement systems, and signal processing

• Knowledge in electric drives, NVH, and vibration analysis is desirable

• Familiarity with tools such as Matlab, CANape, Jama, Jira, Conquence, and Leepa is an advantage

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in German and English
