Currently, we are searching for our client in the Hamburg area (near Wedel) for a
Junior Quality Manager (m/w/d)

• Support in the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the integrated management system in accordance with the applicable standards (e.g. EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)

• Supporting internal audits and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Participation in the development and implementation of training programmes in relation to applicable standards

• Participation in the introduction and further development of the document management system

• Modelling of processes including the necessary documentation

• Analysing quality data and preparing reports to identify potential for improvement

• Participation in projects to optimise processes and increase efficiency

• Completed studies in engineering or economics or comparable

• First professional experience in quality management, ideally in the aviation industry

• Knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations in the field of quality management

• Experience in the digitalisation of Q processes desirable

• Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail

• Team-oriented way of working with strong communication skills

• Independent and proactive way of working and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Fluent written and spoken German
