Validation Specialist (m/f/d) in Seat Development

Currently, we are searching for our client in the Munich area for a 

Validation Specialist (m/f/d) in Seat Development

• Act as the interface between validation and engineering in seat development
• Create and track resource, time, and cost plans for complete validation programs
• Implement customer-specific and legal requirements into test executions
• Manage and oversee internal and external service providers
• Responsible for the setup and execution of static, dynamic, and functionally relevant tests on mechanisms, seat structures, and complete seats
• Analyze, validate, and document test results
• Provide qualified reporting to engineering teams and customers
• Create test requests and manage trials in the test lab through an electronic database system
• Advise the FEA team on detailed requirements for static and dynamic loads

• Completed technical degree or technician training
• Product knowledge in vehicle interior components, with a focus on seats, mechanisms, and seat structures
• Solid experience in static and dynamic safety testing, functional testing, fatigue testing, and lifecycle simulations
• Technical understanding to assess component behavior
• Fluent in German and English, with strong negotiation skills
