Talent Development Specialist (m/f/d)

• Develop and implement initiatives in alignment with our client’s organizational development strategy
• Partner closely with managers and employees to promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization
• Transfer and maintain existing training records within our client’s competency management system
• Administer and continuously optimize the digital competency management system
• Analyze the annual talent development needs and create tailored development concepts accordingly
• Design a program to integrate new employees into the development cycle post-onboarding
• Develop succession planning and career path concepts supported by our client’s digital competency management system
• Launch and enhance the "seminar management" module for centralized coordination of all learning initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the parent company to maintain and align the learning offerings
• Work alongside the organizational development team and support internal communications and employee surveys

• Degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a similar field with a focus on talent development
• Relevant experience in talent development, ideally in an academic or research-driven environment
• Strong conceptual skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Project management experience, particularly in the introduction of new development concepts
• Strong facilitation skills, with a solution-oriented and self-driven approach
• Affinity for an IT-driven work environment is a plus
• Proficient in both German and English
