Developer (m/f/d) for MEMS technologies and the digitalization of individual processes and process modules

We are currently looking for a Developer (m/f/d) for MEMS technologies and the digitalization of individual processes and process modules for our client in Reutlingen.

• Optimization and further development of semiconductor processes for MEMS

• Improvement of individual development processes with a focus on implementing new requirements and enhancing process quality and yield

• Participation in the evaluation, development, and introduction of new manufacturing methods and complex equipment, taking into account new technologies and methods

• Involvement in the conception and coordination as well as analysis and evaluation of trials aimed at optimizing new manufacturing methods in cooperation with internal and external partners

• Development of measures to increase process flexibility and reduce costs, including planning and support during implementation in the production area

• Conducting cost-effectiveness analyses and cost comparisons for new processes, technologies, and equipment under the framework of technical feasibility and future requirements

• Consulting for specialist departments and support during equipment procurement. This also includes functionality checks, technical evaluations, and issue resolution

• Shaping an innovative digitalization project in collaboration with production and development (in-house development of software front-end & back-end, database)

• Defining and optimizing data structure templates for various domains in the semiconductor field in consultation with domain experts

• Improving software together with UX experts and software developers

• Optimizing workflows for integrating data into the database and supporting employees in transferring data from different sources

• Supporting the project roll-out through training of employees, communication with production/development, and documentation

• Completed university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in Physics, Microsystems Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in semiconductor technology and equipment engineering

• experience with statistical process control (SPC), data analysis and processing, and in digitalizing processes

• Independent, structured, responsible, cooperative, solution- and goal-oriented working style

• Passion for innovation

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
