Currently, we are searching for our client in the Aachen area, for a
Site Controller (m/f/d)


  • Oversee monthly closing processes for the Aachen site (including support and backup for the Flamatt site) and prepare and analyze monthly reports
  • Manage production and project controlling activities
  • Serve as the business partner for all functions at the Aachen site (e.g., Production, R&D, Sales, Product Management)
  • Define and further develop the value flow in collaboration with production teams
  • Support and actively drive efficiency improvement initiatives as part of the global Excellence Program at the Aachen site
  • Ensure timely and business-relevant reporting
  • Contribute to strategic planning and conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed
  • Act as the local key user for SAP CO at the listed sites

Job requirements


  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Controlling, or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong digital skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and excellent SAP knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions and with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong customer orientation and a business-partnering mindset
  • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
