System Engineer (m/w/d)
System Integration & Technical Ownership:
Responsibility for the structuring, integration, and verification of complex systems within demanding development projects.System Architecture & Concept Development:
Development and evaluation of system concepts and architectures, taking into account technical, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.Requirements Management & Interface Definition:
Analysis of customer specifications, derivation of technical requirement documents, and definition of technical interfaces between components and subsystems.Coordination of Partners & Suppliers:
Management of external development partners and suppliers, ensuring technical quality and achievement of project goals.Testing & Verification:
Planning, execution, and documentation of system tests, environmental testing, and verification measurements, including the creation of test specifications.Prototypes & Test Benches:
Coordination of prototypes, test setups, and system test benches – from concept development to commissioning.Technical Project Planning & Customer Communication:
Support in proposal preparation, technical project planning, and representation in front of customers and stakeholders.
Job requirements
Completed university degree (e.g., in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
At least five years of professional experience in a comparable role
In-depth knowledge of the design and engineering of complex systems, machinery, and assemblies
Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with excellent technical understanding
High level of initiative, independence, and motivation
Leadership skills, assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to inspire others
Intercultural competence
Fluent in German and English
Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, and SAP R/3; experience with DOORS
