We are currently searching for our client in their Regensburg location, for a
Technical System Planner for Technical Building Equipment (m/f/d)

• Project work according to the service phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI, as well as scopes of work or statements of work
  

• Creating plans, schematics, plan lists, and 3D models using various CAD systems

• Applying the BIM method

• Conducting clash detection with NavisWorks and resolving clashes

• Independent coordination of trades and communication with internal and external partners

• Quantity determination with corresponding documentation

• Further development of internal workflows and standards

• Qualification as a Technical System Planner for Building Services Engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• Experience in heating, ventilation, sanitation, and cooling

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

• Experience with AutoCAD

• Interest in independent, team-oriented work

• Fluent German Language skills
